It's easy! First, find a tape measure, measure yourself as follows, and check where you are on the chart:

Bust: Pass the tape measure through the most prominent point of the bust and back.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, leaving one finger between the tape measure and your body.
Hip: Surround the body at the most prominent point of the hip, with the legs together.
