Note: If your purchase of a MANO SAGRADA product was made through one of our partners, acting as a third party, the withdrawal procedure must be carried out directly with them and will be governed by their established withdrawal policies.

Below, we'll explain our policies and the return process, and at the end, you'll find the link/button to start the exchange or return process.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

In accordance with Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, as a customer, you may exercise the right of withdrawal for purchases made by non-face-to-face means within five (5) business days following receipt of the product.

CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL

You are within the indicated withdrawal period or term.
The products must be unused and in perfect condition with no traces of deodorant, lotion, makeup, chemicals, or bleach.
Products must be complete and in their original packaging.
Products must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, washing, ironing, modifications, or repairs.
It should not have stains, damage, wear, or odors (such as perfumes, sweat, creams, etc.).
You must keep all original labels attached and packaging in good condition.
These are not garments with any type of customization or made to measure.
This does not concern personal items (underwear, cosmetics and accessories).

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

DEADLINE FOR MONEY REFUNDS

Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will assess whether it meets the conditions described here, and if so, the process will be approved. We will have a maximum of 15 business days to complete the refund instruction to the corresponding bank.

In the case of a refund, please keep in mind that each bank has its own timeframe for issuing refunds, and we are not responsible for them.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must have the email address you used to create your order and your order number. This number, which begins with MS, can be found in the upper right corner of the email you received when you made your purchase.

After choosing, the platform will help you coordinate the pickup of your garments. Once we receive the original item in our warehouse, we'll review it according to this policy, and if approved, we'll continue the process as explained above.

SOLE PARAGRAPH: Every sale made shall be considered a firm sale, therefore, the return of the product or money that is not supported by law or by an order from a competent authority will not be accepted, any withdrawal process will be carried out without any type of interest, premiums or additional amounts, and all shipping costs that may have arisen will also be discounted if there is no legal prohibition.
