By accepting this document, I AUTHORIZE in a prior, express, conscious, voluntarily and informed manner MANO SAGRADA SAS with Nit. 901769101-5, to carry out, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and the data processing policy of MANO SAGRADA SAS, the processing of my personal data, keeping them under its operation, control or supervision in accordance with the guidelines stipulated in this document. Likewise, I certify that I am of legal age, that I have the capacity to provide my personal data and that all the information I provide is true and truthful.

  1. Data Processing: I authorize MANO SAGRADA SAS, acting directly or through third parties as the Data Controller of my personal data to collect, use, store, safeguard, delete, transfer, transmit, and generally process my personal data in the course of its corporate purpose and commercial activities.
  2. Purposes of processing: I expressly acknowledge and accept that the processing of my personal data by MANO SAGRADA SAS will have the following purposes:
